Originally a church, this apartment needed more space without losing its character. AJ Bond created a thoughtful extension that added valuable living space while preserving the charm and heritage of the original building.
A considered extension to an established Webb Street home, designed to sit comfortably alongside the original architecture rather than compete with it. The project retained the character and proportions of the existing house while adding practical new living space, improved flow and a stronger connection to the outdoors. The result is a home that feels larger and more functional while still respecting the heritage character that makes it distinctive.
